I cannot offer refunds. I do, however, offer an adjustment period of 14 days after your appointment for any tweaks to your new style. Let me know if there is anything you need touched up within 2 weeks of your appointment and i will be happy to make those changes, free of charge.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be
refused service and charged a 25% late
cancellation fee before being allowed to rebook.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice so that I may have an opportunity to fill the spot. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment may result in a 25% late- cancellation fee before being allowed to rebook.
Clients that do not show up to their scheduled
appointment without notifying their stylist will
be charged a 100% no-show fee before
being allowed to rebook.
2 instances of a no-show will have you permanently
banned from rebooking.
